AI Chief of Staff

Before, during, after

Something has to hold the thread between sessions.

01

Before

Preparation

It reads your last session, your open commitments, and your current project state, then produces a short brief: what changed, what is stuck, what decision this session needs from you.

  • A one-page pre-read, written in your language
  • Open loops surfaced with dates and owners
  • Research on the people, companies, or ideas on the agenda
  • Two or three questions worth your ninety minutes

02

During

Live capture

It listens only where you allow it, keeps the thread of the conversation, and holds decisions apart from ideas so nothing worth keeping is lost in the transcript.

  • Decisions captured as decisions, not notes
  • Named commitments with owners and dates
  • Open questions parked for later, not dropped
  • Instant recall of your PRISM IO profile and prior sessions

03

After

Follow-through

Within a day you receive the session in usable form: what was decided, what you owe, what is being drafted, and what needs your approval before anything leaves your name.

  • A written session record and revised plan
  • First drafts of the outreach and documents the session created
  • Reminders paced to your actual week
  • An approval queue: nothing sends without you
