Three days among the people building the decade's tools. Labs, studios, founders, researchers, chosen for your cohort rather than for spectacle.

What you leave with

  • Your goal pressure-tested by practitioners
  • Six to eight builder conversations, prepared in advance
  • A revised 90-day plan, written on site

Logistics

  • Friday 16:00 arrival, Sunday 16:00 close
  • 20-30 members, no plus-ones, no press
  • Hotel, meals, and transport arranged; travel is yours

Friday

Arrival and orientation

Private dinner. Each member states their goal to the room.

Day 02

Saturday

Inside the build

Site visits and closed sessions with builders and researchers.

  2. 09:30Site visitsTwo labs or studios, matched to the cohort's work.
  3. 13:00Closed sessionResearchers and operators, questions only, no pitch.
  4. 15:30Working labBuild on your own system with your guide beside you.
  5. 19:30Long tableDinner with the day's hosts.

Day 03

Sunday

Pressure test

Your goal challenged by practitioners, then rewritten.

  1. 09:00Pressure testTen minutes each. The room argues with your plan.
